10% Right Shares of United Ajod Insurance Limited Limited Listed on NEPSE

23,10,000 unit right shares of United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has been listed in NEPSE. The company issued a 1:0.10 ratio right share i.e. 23.1 lakhs units to its shareholders from 26th Chaitra, 2082 to 31st Baishakh, 2083. Out of which only 22,39,520 units were allotted to the eligible shareholders of the company. The remaining 70,480 units of unsubscribed right shares were later sold through an auction from the 29th Jestha to 8th Ashadh, 2083. The same 23,10,000 units of right shares are now listed in NEPSE. Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited was the company's auction manager. As of writing, BNHC has an LTP of Rs. 426.90 .
