Gold prices, a highly valued asset, have sharply increased by Rs. 8,000 per tola today, now standing at Rs 296,000 per tola. This increase is a notable jump from the previous rate of Rs. 288,000 per tola. The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA) reported that Tejabi gold also experienced a sharp gain, rising by Rs. 8,000. The Tejabi gold price reached Rs. 295,300 per tola, compared to Rs. 287,300 per tola on the previous day. Similarly, silver prices moved in the same direction, rising by Rs. 95 per tola to Rs. 4,570 per tola from Rs. 4,475 per tola on the previous day.
