The compensation was provided following the tragic passing of her husband in an accident, under the terms of the bank’s "Parivar Suraksha Bachat Khata" (Family Security Savings Account). After completing the necessary claim processing, the bank provided the amount to offer financial support to the grieving family during this difficult period. The bank stated that it prioritizes the financial safety and protection of its customers and their families through savings plans tied to protection benefits.
