Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) has appointed Kalyan Bikram Pandey as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO). Pandey assumed office on August 14, 2026 (Shrawan 29, 2083). With more than 25 years of banking experience, Pandey has previously held key positions at Global IME Bank, former Janata Bank, Laxmi Bank, and Kumari Bank. He holds an MBA in Finance from Bangalore University and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with Honors from Aligarh Muslim University.
His areas of expertise include corporate and infrastructure banking, SME and retail banking, digital transformation, risk management, compliance, trade finance, transaction banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, product development, and sustainable and green banking. Machhapuchchhre Bank expects his extensive banking expertise and result-oriented leadership to contribute to business expansion, improved service delivery, and the achievement of the bank’s strategic objectives.
