Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure Dividend of MBL Equity Fund

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by MBL Equity Fund. The 99th meeting of the board of directors of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited held on Shrawan 21 at 3:30 pm has decided to distribute an 8% cash dividend worth Rs. 9.73 crores (including tax) for MBL Equity Fund for the fiscal year 2082/83. MBL Equity Fund is a closed-ended mutual fund with a 12-year maturity period. The fund is managed by Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited. As of the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of MBLEF is reported at Rs. 10.85, with a closing price of Rs. 10.28. The book closure date for dividend eligibility is 2nd Bhadra. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to receive the dividend.
