Samsung Nepal Launches Dashain-Tihar Offers with Cashbacks, Gifts and Lucky Draws

Samsung Nepal has launched its Dashain-Tihar festive campaign, “Smart Upgrade Gharma, Lucky Surprise Chadma,” offering cashbacks, free gifts and lucky draw prizes on selected TVs and home appliances. The campaign runs from September 20 to November 16, 2026. Customers purchasing eligible Samsung TVs, refrigerators, washing machines or air conditioners can register for the lucky draw by sending the product’s 14-digit serial number via SMS to 37273.

The campaign includes 31 daily winners, who can receive either a 9KG front-load washing machine or a 55-inch UHD TV, while eight weekly winners will receive a 1-ton air conditioner. Customers can also get cashback of up to 26% on TVs, 21% on refrigerators and 18% on washing machines. Exchange bonuses of up to Rs 5,000 on refrigerators and Rs 3,000 on washing machines are also available, along with selected free gifts such as soundbars, NETTV packages and Surf Excel Matic detergent. Samsung has also introduced a 24-month EMI option through Hulas Finserve Hire Purchase Ltd. for eligible purchases. Customers can exchange old appliances through ArkoStore or authorized Samsung retailers under the campaign.
